We're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify the product must be in its original condition, including all of its original packaging. We are unable to issue refunds for customized items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’re sending something back, you’ll have to bear the cost of shipping. If it’s something worth $75 or more, we recommend getting tracking or even insurance. If an item was sold with FREE shipping, we refund the purchase price, less the cost of shipping the original order to you from your refund.
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email letting you know what the next step is.
If you’ve requested a refund, the method of payment you used will be credited automatically. This should only take a few days, but if it drags on, please get in touch with your credit card company, and then your bank. If there’s still something funny, contact us.
Irrespective of whether the item was marked as a gift originally, the method of payment used to purchase it will be credited.
If you’re interested in a replacement, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo showing the defect/damage first.
Once they’re bought, we can’t accept gift cards back. The same applies to marked-down sale items.
Finally, if for whatever reason you’re not happy, please let us know. We take pride in the quality of not only the products we sell but the service we provide. Will do our very best to try and work something out.
