I got my bottle opener yesterday. It did not arrive with the wood puzzle I purchased (great puzzle BTW!) so when I saw the email requesting my review of the opener I replied I had not received it. I assumed Covid-19 might have caused the delay. The company’s CEO/owner replied with an apology for it not being shipped. He had one shipped and sent me the tracking# for it IN THE SAME EMAIL he apologized for not sending it. No excuses, no delays, just action.
It’s just bottle opener with a clever phrase on it and works perfectly opening my brewskis. I have several similar to it but I won’t ever look at it again without appreciating the great customer service that came with it.
